Using this functionality means that you will no longer miss an email for any reason, which could be crucial in case you are running some business, for example. Since you may begin receiving unsolicited email messages, you can combine the catch-all feature with email filters so as to receive only legitimate email messages in your inbox. Just one mailbox per domain name can be a catch-all one and email forwarding cannot be enabled for a catch-all mailbox.

Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting

In case you’ve got a Linux shared web hosting service with us and you’d like to enable the catch-all feature for a particular email mailbox that you have in your account, it will take literally only one single click of the mouse in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel to do this. A catch-all button is available on the right-hand side of each email address that you have created under any domain registered in the account. You can select one email address per domain by clicking the respective button. This will enable the feature straight away, so all email messages sent to mistyped email addresses will be delivered there. Clicking on the button again will deactivate the catch-all feature. In case you have active email forwarding, our system will exhibit a cautionary message and you won’t be able to enable the catch-all feature until you remove the forwarding or you can simply choose a different mailbox to be the catch-all one.

Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting

The catch-all feature can be activated with ease in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domains hosted in the account will be enumerated in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll notice a small button conveniently located right next to each of them. With only a single mouse click, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on an email address and activate the feature using the contextual menu that will surface. In case any of the preconditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not satisfied, our system will warn you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
